This could be due to a few things, either messed up registry keys, messed up game files, or something to do with the computer's graphics. Usually when you see this, you have to reinstall the game. You also have to be very careful when using programs that can damage your system.
Mounting the image and disabling the physical cd/dvd drives works very well. The registry edits may have been patched by microsoft. |
