The cracking teams have their own hangouts. And usually those aren't public places.
Either take DAB's advice, either wait for a miracle to happen(aka someone finally crack the patch). If you are familiar with the history of the Pro Cycling Manager and its ancestor (Cycling Manager), you might know that none of the games in the series had the last patch cracked. It's not a popular game, so the cracking teams are quick to forgot about it. So DAB's suggestion is the best option available. The second is to play with the CD/DVD in the unit. The third it's to prepare for a really long wait.
