I Have a problem with NBA Live 08

hi everyone i downloaded NBA Live 08 and installed it but when i came to put the hatred crack in and opened it , it got me a microsoft error that told me that the game has stoped and all this was on windows vista...so if anyone has a solution please share...thx ppl.
