FIFA MANAGER 09 Question

HI everybody.
I have recently installed FIFA MANAGER 09 (Reloaded) and then put the crack.
After that I installed the little update which was released approximately at the game's realase date.
To the eye sight the game works fine with no severe problems (I thought it will request for disc because I put the update and ussualy that what happens in cases like that).
My question is how can I know that the update is existed while playing the game? (theorstically the game can run like there is no update in it because of the crack put which came out, I assume, before the update itself..)

I would really appriciate if someone here helps me..
(If you don't understnd something from what I wrote just ast...)
