A trainer is no a crack and there are no cracks for multiplayer.
Each trainer only works in the version indicated. e.g. that one will only work if you update PEs2009 to v1.10.
[Multi6] indicate that trainer was created using the release of multiple languages (6) of PES2009. It may work (or not) with other releases.
