Aliens vs Predator 2 (CD2DVD)

To AVP2_1:
- copy cd2
- copy cd1. Overwrite all if prompted.

Hex edit 'setup.inx':
2100
AF00 (EnterDisk) --> 5D00 (ComponentIsItemSelected)
0200
04/96FF
06/0900/data1.cab

(This removes the CD prompt at end-of-installation)

Burn to disc.
Tested and working.
