COH v2.301 Fixed exe

I'm wondering why I don't see a exe fix for Company of Heroes v2.301. Is it because the v2.300 works for the latest patch, or does it usually take awhile to see a fix come out?
I hate the fact my game "phones home" when ever I want to play, so that's the reason I use one.

I have not tried the v2.300 fix thats out yet in case it messes up something.
Any input would be appreciated
