video problem with blitzkrieg,pls help

thx for this link,i dl patches and service paks but this didnt help

maybe this is something from the game endgine becouse i have this problem and with cuban missile crysis game.iv used also and some new nvidia drivers but this didnt help too.dont know if this is from directx version...tne game need 8.1 im with 9.0c
