LOL!!!....i tried the solutions - im looking for answers now....
as a sidenote as i stated earlier - crysis runs awesome at about 100 fps or more at 1280 x 1024 (seems like compared to my other games) with nothing turned on - then it crashes between the dive at the beginning and landing in the water....(i actually made it 1 time onto land running at an ungodly pace before it went uuuummmm....sorry....not today.....
...again i am running core 2 quad, 768 MB 8800 GTX, 3 GB 667 RAM, and Windows XP SP2...and all my games run super with everything turned on - and crysis actually ran great when i had the 512 MB 7950 GT
