RAYMAN...raving rabbids activation problem

Okay - i have searched forum with no answers and ubisoft refuses to help me so posting here....

Anyways i have owned the legal download of "Rayman Raving Rabbids" for about a year now and i still cannot play (cannot get past activation screen - even though i have the key). I just built new computer with 8800 GTX 768 MB and i want to play this game with my kids - this forum is my last hope.....thx for any input.

BTW...."King Kong" game is not installed....
