Question How I can keep bad sectors (or all sectors) in a ISO file

Hi, I'm opening a .iso game backup from my original game. the original game is about 4GB (the iso file too), but when I openes the iso in the ultraiso I get a 2,6GB game, so I search information in google and the game contain a few GBs of bad sectors (because use starforce protection), so I need keep the bad sectors. Oh, and I'm trying to do this, because I need modify and add a lot of files inside the .iso file.

somebody know an application to make this possible? or it's possible with ultraiso?

PS: i think that are bad sectors... but whatever I need all the sectors to keep the original size, bad/good/regular sectors...

Thank's you
