Help! I dont need any more coasters!

hi!
ive got an iomega zipcd (which burns ok) and a modchipped 5502 psx. - i backd up tekken 3 in win95 with cdrwin 3.8d, worked fine, although it didnt get to do the... writeout track thing - right at the end. i did this in 1x write max read.
Tried the same thing with 007 twine and 4x4 world champ and they didnt boot, or display any data in windows. i wrote these at 4x - 2 questions..
1. do they use 650mb cds or do i need 700mb ones.
2. what should i do?
