Sims 2 - No CD's .. help!

ok so i just downloaded Sims 2 with all the most current addons. it was like a 8.65 GB download, so it took forever. its finally done now, and i went through the file that holds all the "Sims 2" stuff, [havent even touched the addons] and extracted what i thought were the important thing to unzip. anyways, every time i try to run the set up for it, it asks me to insert disc number 1. is there any way i can get around this? in my Sims 2 folder, i had 8 files i unziped.. 4 .mdf files, and 4 .mds files. it went "sims2_1.mdf" through "sims2_4.mdf" and then "sims2_1.mds" through "sims2_4.mds". i used poweriso37 to extract all of these, and then there were tons of winrar files inside thos to unzip which i havent touched yet, am i going to have to unzip EVERYTHING?
