EULA stands for end user license agreement.
When you buy software, you don't actually buy the software. You are buying a copy and license to use it. Making a copy of software is illegal under current stupid copyright laws. To use a copyrighted work you must have a license (or a defence such as "fair use"). The EULA is that license. Violate it and your license is void. So yes, the copyright infringement police (international law .. stupid I know) will "kick the door down". In the meantime the forum police will ban him. Yes copyright law is stupid but it is the law.
