Need help/suggestions

I know many people have posted problems and how to copy PSX games. Well I have read all the responses and I am still having no luck. First off, I have a Pentium Celeron 366 PC, 128 mb of memory, 44x CD Rom, Ricoh 4x4x24 CDRW (It's about a year or so old).
My Games I have tired to backup: Star wars Jedi Powers Battle, Knockout kings 2001, Import Dragon ball Z legends, Import Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Battle 22 and a few others. Some of the problems I'm having: With the DBZ Games and Jedi Powers Battle, it copies fine but doesn't write to the entire CD. Knockout Kings 2001 wrote completely but didn't work with my external mod. I was however able to get a few of my other games to work like: Resident Evil Director's Cut, Driver and Driver 2.

Any help or suggetions please?

P.S. I use Nero, CDRWin, DiscJuggler and CloneCD with my Ricoh 4x4x24 burner when trying to backup my games.
