FINALLY after over TWO MONTHS I have beat this game plus got an expert score of 56,000. This is how to beat the very last board and get the end credits etc.:

The key is VERY IMPORTANT!

GO SLOW! Very SLOW! Don't rush at all.
Take your first two tables, put their orders in bring them their food and go straight to the podium.

Grab the business women, college students, young girls and business guys.

Leave the elderly guys, their patience is the longest.

Keep seating two tables at a time. Keep seating the impatient ones and skip the elderly guys. Keep going to the podium. TAKE YOUR TIME. Keep everyone happy. It will take you at least 15-20 minutes to get through it but you will beat it this way. Two to four tables at a time and skip the elderly guys. Especially take the business women over everyone. DOn't stress the snacks. If you keep up with the podium everyone will stay happy in line. Make sure to chain and color code as much as you can.

After over two months and trying to beat this game I just beat it twice in a row with an expert score. Try this! You will see it works. You will feel like you have to rush but don't. I wish I had this advice when I was trying to beat this game!
