Angry Problem instalation Blazing Angels Of Squadron WWII

Hello to all !!!
I am new on this forum, I tell it to you now my English is not very good and I use a translator because I am french.
I have download Blazing Angels Of Squadron WWII, but I don't manage to put the No cd.
I know that there is a No cd (Folder Rar. Bin+Data) and in more two Mini Image.
I don't understand when one asks us for this, made some I don't arrive has make for which is asked, I understand what is written.

"* Install the game - Full Installation.
* Mount the MI-BA.MDS DVD-Image in DAEMON Tools or Alcohol 120%.
* Use an anti-blacklisting tool, like SF Nightmare, to avoid SafeDisc v4 blacklisting of DAEMON Tools or Alcohol 120%.
* Play the Game!"

I have download several software for which is asked : Alcohol 120% and SF Nightmare.
I have download the Mini Picture and the No cd but I don't arrive has make for which am asked me to play there entirely.

Thank you for advance

PS: No No cd but No-DVD Sorry
