Space Empires V - Language Patch

Hi guys........

I hope you can help me..........cause I have the Game Space Empires V in English Language.......this is a bit to difficult for me....so I search now for a patch for german language......

Maybe one of you can help me and can tell me where I get a "german language patch" for the game.......
