Civilization IV: Warlords v2.13 NoCD

Hi everyone,
It's strange that no group in the scene has released a NoCD for Civilization IV new patches (1.74 and 2.13 Warlords).
I decide to download the patches and search for the reason.
After comparing files, I realize that Warlords 2.13 has the 1.74 internally and the only difference between those 2 are here:

The Civ4Patch1.74_Final is what u get from the site and Civ4Patch1.74 is the one that comes inside the Warlords patch.
So, if you have the NoCD shipped from "Reloaded", then you doesn't need nothing more.
