 I took a picture from one of my Infinity installs to show you what I mean. Note the GND pad - that's what it should look like when completed. P.S.: You may also want to check your Infinity against the one shown. The one above is a genuine Infinity chip - if it doesn't look like that, it's a clone (so don't install it). Just a quick tip
