Any form of cheat devices work on modded ps2 ?

From what i have seen, only the DMS4 SE chips support products like AR and Gameshark. I own a DMS4 Pro SE and tested it with both. Also I've flashed the chip with the DMS4 ToxicOS firmware and it includes its own cheating engine, no need to use the AR or Gameshark cds!!
