Help Creating CD

I have two computers that I play games on. One in my basement, and the other upstairs in my office.
I'm trying to create a copy of disk 4 of Serious Sam 2 so I don't have to retrieve it everytime I want to play.
I've used YASU (v1.1.7035), with Alcohol 120%, Nero, CloneCD, BlindWrite, and Deamon Tools with no luck.

Can someone help me out?
