Weird Files to Burn

I'm trying to make a copy of a game and the files after extraction consisted of a .img file (roughly 770MB), a 2KB .ccd file, and a 30 MB .sub file. What programs do I need and what is the process of turning these files into a 700 CD R? It seems impossible and I really need help.
