NHL 07 menu problem.

NHL 07 menu problem.

I'm using the lastest patch for 1.1 and the startup menu is black all i have is esc on top and that the only thing i can do. I know it is hard if you guys want a screen shot i can upload one. Does anyone know what the deal is?
