But it should be possible to test Games on different hardware so idiotic bugs should be found but are not - for example those clipping errors in Splinter Cell DA which are not hardware dependend. Ubisoft and EA have the worst support for their full price updates. Finding an email or getting real help is pure luck.

Anno 1701 was relativly bug free - the 1.01 Patch fixes only some single issues that normally would not be recognized in normal playing.
