no bugs, no patches...
not possible in this day and age, especially with each pc being different in configuration, hardware etc...and the protection is done by external companies typically, so little 'overhead' is actually required by the developers..as for disgruntled employees, thats what nda's and contracts are designed for..

class action suits...eh you're a madman.. also if you're going to try to do something legal then i'd seriously suggest you either employ someone to check your letters and/or use a spell checker... eg: dollers is actually dollars, company names are spelt usually with a capital first letter (Blizzard)
