I can fix this.
Go to regedit (start, run, regedit)
Locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > MOUNTED DEVICES.
Right click on the folder MOUNTED DEVICES and go to permissions, then click advanced. Look under "type" and if you see any that says "deny" you need to click edit and click full access then click ok. You wont get that error again

I can get the game as far as the loading screen then it just crashes to desktop.... anyone know how i can fix it? I have tried compatibilty modes.
