It is a maxi image (iso).

Install the game
Mount the poseden-fm07.iso Maxi-Image in DAEMON Tools v4.06.
Use an anti-blacklisting tool, like SD4Hide, to avoid blacklisting of DAEMON Tools.
Play the Game!
