depends on how the trainer will work. some trainers need to be placed in same dir as the executable itīs going to patch. other trainers need simply pressing keys like F1, F2 etc... in game. if this doesnīt work too, run trainer, run game, alt+tab to windows, click trainer gui, now press the button with the effect you want to use.
