Boiling Point - Problem with fix

Hy. ive just got this game, awsome, but i have a problem, i downloaded the performance fix from GCW, everything is fine, the game runs much smoothly and the bug with the control have been fixed, but there is a problem, with the fix, in some areas of the map something is not loaded, and the character, cars, peds, everithing falls down, trough the earth, anyone knows how to modify the fix to repair that.

And one more thing ive figured aout myself playing with the fix, by default the fix changes the game language to duch, u can change to eng by changing the language=5 to 0 (zero) in the game.ini file that comes with the performance fix
