First of all, are you sure you are allowed to leak that info?

Second, well, since the PS3 will have a built in HDD, im guessing the game probably installs some files on the HDD for faster loading. Because, unless it records actual video onto the system, there is no way save data even if you tried to bloat it in purpose can take up 256mb.

Are you sure it needs 256 to save? Or does it say something like 256mb free needed to play?

That or they meant KB and accidnetly typed MB because they are likely used to talking in giga/megabytes instead of kilobytes.
