@cesar_67: Does this occur without a crack, too? I think it does, it seems to be a video driver-/DirectX-related problems. Try without a crack, read the forum FAQ, update your drivers and, if still no luck, contact the publisher.
@19kid: There are some problems with your user's home directory, I guess. You, too, try without a crack, read the forum FAQ and contact the publisher.
