Help me please with Civilazation IV v1.52.

Play Instructions:
.Install the game - Full Installation.
.Apply the official Civilization 4 v1.09 Patch.
.Replace the original CIVILIZATION4.EXE file with the one from the File Archive.
.Play the Game!

But how do you replace the original file en where or what is the archive that they are talking about.( im not english im dutch so when you give an answer please don't use to difuccult words thnx)
