There is an support-subfolder in your gamedir. One for BF2 and one for BF2:SF. In both folder you can find an EXE-File with "_code.exe" at the end of the filename. Run them and enter your original cd-keys. After that you need your cd-key encrypted in your registry. For that reapply the V1.4 full - Patch. This should help.
