Siegfried VII is on a distinguished road

Hey, I have a problem with the game... The crack simply doesn't work here... I get the following error message:

"Aplication not inicialized correctly (0xc0000018). Click 'OK' to finish execution"

Well, my windows is not in english so I'm not sure if my translation of the error is ok

Does anyone know if there are any differences between the versions of the game?

And before someone asks, yes, the game runs fine with the disk on the drive, I have already finished it
