Help with X3 : Reunion

hello,

i've this problem when i try add patch for X3 : Reunion onto DVD MEDIA.
i wanted to make backup of X3 but to have all on one dvd. i use ultra iso to edit image file, and when i add folder and add patch inside that folder i save image file and then when i try to mount it...it doesn't work. well autorun anyways. i won't even run if i try to open file manualy from the folder described in he autorun.ini...there is execute file that just stops working. but when i remove any structuar change to image, like deleting all folders and files that i just added it works again.

is there any way around this. i would really like to add this files to backup dvd and that autorun still works. is ther any protection on starforce that checks structural context of dvd so it won't work if i add antoher, or is there any file i can edit to add more folder to check list or what ever it does.
