GeForce 6800 XT failure

I'm testing my new vga NVidia GeForce 6800 XT, but still having a little problem. The game looks about the sshot below (Game Half Lile - Lost Coast, with a brow background instead the sky), but when I try a "alt + tab" and work with the desktop, and back to the game, all works fine...  Anybody knows this issue? Windows XP SP2, last driver, last directx, blá blá.. =) Thanks a lot! =*
