Crash Bash NTSC/US protection fix

Please beware that the anti-mod protection fix somewhere suggested in this conference (Crash Bash.p4u) is not really an anti-mod protection patch.

Website that makes this patch available for downloading describes it as NTSC-TO-PAL patch. But p4upatch.exe detects it as PAL-TO-NTSC patch.

In any case, the important thing to note is that it is *not* an anti-mod protection patch.
