 What chip/fw revision are you running? Also, try burning at the fastest speed you can with your writer. (I believe Ritek G05 is 8x? If possible for you, do it)  Modern dyes are designed to be written to at the FASTEST you can and produce the best results at the fastest speeds. Burning slower on more modern dyes tends to cause more problems than it solves to be honest...
