I recently bought and installed Nero 7 Premium because I heard that you can easily convert avi files to a dvd and play them in your dvd player. When I open everything, it runs fine. The avi file encodes, the disc burns, no problems. But when I try to play the dvd in my dvd player, the resolution seems to be way to huge even though I set everything as several tutorials suggested. Now when I preview the movie using Nero Vision, it looks great. The problem lies either with the setting before the burn, the dvd player itself (which plays everything fine exept custom dvds), or the Television (which is a 10 year old Zenith). If I play it on my pc, then it looks fine as well. Is there any setting that i should have that would fix this ? I just want to watch my family's home movies on a bigger screen, and not sit in front of this computer all day long.
Thanks
