Can't install anything

I dont remember if a alredy asked this, ive searched and i didnt find.

K, heres the problem, I have XP Pro Sp2 and everyhing worked fine til 2 days ago when i was tryin to unstall some games. I get that message sayin that the software didnt pass the WHQL logo, u know the window with the Continue installation, and Stop installation buttons. K but the problem is that i dont have the buttons, only an Ok button and if i press it the setup exits. I have the same problem with every game i try to install, and with Dx9, and others things like Forceware drivers. I know the Ignore Drivers policy option, and its enabled because i have a custom XP, unnatended, so the option is enabled since the Xp setup.
I dont know were this problem comes from, i donts use the windows updates so it cant be because of that, so if anyone has an ideea pls help me, cause i just bought some new games and their cases are sitting on my desk.

thx
