Just try it yourself... or wait.

This game is pretty old, so it shouldn't be difficult.
You can try to create an iso with the label name.
Maybe you fill it with dummy files, no idea.

Or simply read the faq and make your own mini image.

(I would try it if I had the game)

P.S.: Does the game use files directly from the cds? If yes, a mini image wouldn't help I think.

Create images from your 3 cds, that's my advice...
