Mouse Only Pc Games (please Help!!!!!)

Hello!!
My name is Chris and I am physically handicapped. Due to my physical disabilities, I cannot use a conventional keyboard to operate a computer. However, I am able to use a mouse (although, I can only utilize the Left Mouse Button). Without going into too much detail, I can only play PC Games that require only a mouse to operate the game. In other words, I cannot play a PC Game that requires using the keyboard to play the game (i.e. MADDEN NFL). My biggest question is what are some PC Games that only use a mouse to play the game? I realize that some PC Games state that the keyboard is needed to play, but it's just to do something like type your name. If that's required, I can have someone do that for me. I'm just looking for PC Games where the majority of the game is operated by a mouse? I would greatly appreciate any information anyone can give about this matter.

I've tried asking people that work at computer game stores and typically they don't know what games use strictly a mouse and what games use a keyboard. Plus, they won't let me buy a game and bring it back if I am unable to play it.
