First, thanks for the response!

Sorry for my vagueness. Let me try to clarrify:

What I meant to say was that the No-CD crack hosted on GCW [by HOODLUM] is based on the game's original application file. With the original game application file, there are plenty of bugs associated with it.

I have tried making a mini image myself from the original game 2 disc using MiR.exe, but Daemon and Alcohol have a difficult time mounting an .Mir file - even after associating the file types with each program.

As for the "difficulty" I was referring to, I meant to say that once mounted [successfully], the game did not launch. I received the usual error message from the game itself asking for the CD.

But, to add to this portion, thanks to you Joe Forster, I went into the FAQs, (I'll admit it - I only read the guidelines originally ), and found how to create a Mini Image using Alcohol 120%. It worked!


So, I think - in theory - I can do the following to address using my modded application file [with the starting year beginning in 2006 instead of 2005]:

1) Create Image of Game Discs (x 2)
2) Using UltraISO, edit image files for each disk:
... a. Swap default game application files with modded .exe file.
... b. Swap default game icon with modded/created .ico file
3) Burn Images using Alcohol 120%
4) Create Mini Image of Game Disc 2
5) Mount Image to play Custom/Modded MVP Baseball 2006
