Spiderman and Tony Hawk 2---Need help!

cd clone is ok but if u dont need to patch it I prefer nero

Ok, I'm new to backing up my games. Can someone tell me why I cant even make images of these two games let alone copy from cdplayer to recorder.

player=Kenwood 72x
recorder=plextor 12/10/32a

Tried both latest version of cdrwin and diskjuggler. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
