I've got a prob with discworld for ps1

it's in .ccd, .img and .sub, before I burned it I tested it on PS1 emulator it works fine, I burned it (32x) put it in (modded) playstation didn't work....
Am I doing something wrong?
when i ran the CD on teh emulator it had lots of read errors and didn't work...
So I imagine im doing something wrong.
