Need help with ADX2WAV converter

I got the adx2wav.exe program and my ADX sound files but I know what to type or do

, any help or links whit tutorials will help me.
Imtrying to edit Cap vs SNK 2 music and change ADX to Wav files. I know how to use Wav2ADX but not ADX2Wav.
