Probably not. It is integrated and there is pretty much no way of knowing exactly which parts are used in the NIC. The mobo is also layered. You can try following the traces, and see if any fuses (if there are any) have been blown.
Are you sure the NIC has been blown though? I would be suspicious, as I don't believe cat5e cables carry power. Your best bet would be to purchase a used xbox for like 60 bucks and swap parts, if you must.
