How to make a copy of Final Fantasy 12 (jap)?

I want to make a copy of FF12 jap, but somehow the game dont starts. The iso is made, but when it comes to burning i dont know which programm to use. Which is best to make a ps2 backup???
ps: I have a modship (Infinity 1.21 which I heard is one of the best)
