I've already asked the EA Support. They told me to turn on/off the hardware-acceleration for sound with the DXdiag.exe.
 But that wasn't the solution. I don't have a PCI-Card-Sound. I use just my onboard sound. All my Clan mates also have this problem. And we all don't have PCI-Card-Sound, only onboard, but all different mainboards. I think it's an error in the game. When it restart and instantly connect the server the game don't recognize the settings. It's sad that the support tries to riddle what the problem is, instead of simply reconstruct the situation and look if the error also appear.
